Pharmacy Manager Role at CVS Health

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our pharmacy teams are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements:
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • Pharmacist in charge designation on the pharmacy state license.
  • Submission of required information/documents to the state PMP administrator.
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
