Key Responsibilities:

Execute the Manager-In-Charge (MIC) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed.
Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s).
Maintain a neat and clean appearance and wear the company uniform.
Demonstrate a customer-centric approach by prioritizing customer needs.
Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining positive customer relations.
Greet customers with a smile, be polite, and pleasant when speaking with customers.
Work with urgency and collaborate with management and fellow employees.
Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with coworkers.

Attendance and Punctuality:

Understand and adhere to the posted work schedule, reporting to work on time and in uniform.
Use the approved timekeeping system, accurately recording all hours worked.

Initiative and Energy:

Take action without being told, going beyond the required tasks and maintaining a high activity level.

Developing People:

Provide regular feedback to the RGM on Team Member performance.
Offer ongoing constructive and complimentary feedback to Team Members.
Participate in the training of Team Members.
Handle conflicts constructively and work with the RGM to achieve resolution.

Act Like an Owner:

Assist with Profit and Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor.
Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
Assist the RGM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times.
Perform other duties as required by the manager.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions:

Strong preference for internal promotion from the Hourly Champion position.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
Must have reliable transportation.
Able to perform basic business math.
Able to stock shelves and coolers.
Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction.
Able to perform physical tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors, dusting shelves, lifting and carrying out trash containers, and cleaning the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 90% of shift time.
