Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Access Representative to join our team at Trios Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient registration and communication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and pre-register patients for services in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Perform Admit, Discharge, and Transfer functions as required.
  • Provide coverage for the Switchboard Operator/Cashier as assigned.
  • Ensure registration and communication work is conducted in a manner that promotes positive relationships with patients, physicians, hospital departments, and visitors.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
  • Preferred: Associate's degree from a two-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience.
