Job Description

Making a meaningful impact at Perham Health requires a collaborative and dedicated team member. As a Supply Chain Clerk, you will play a vital role in our organization's success by assisting with purchasing, receiving, distribution, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with purchasing requests, unpack freight, and stock inventory.
  • Deliver supplies to requesting departments, including operating a commercial delivery vehicle.
  • Maintain inventory levels in Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) locations and stock them adequately.
  • Manage and track medical equipment use, storage, and service.
  • Assist with requests/questions to the department from internal and external customers.
  • Process large quantities of detailed information with high accuracy.
  • Assist with processing and tracking of product returns, recalls, and back orders.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Current and valid driver's license.
  • Previous experience in supply chain or a related field is preferred.
