Job Description

Veolia's Chemical & Monitoring Solutions (CMS) division is currently looking for a Field Service Representative (FSR) to join the team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions (WTS), a global leader in water recovery, treatment, and reuse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain chemical feed and water treatment equipment, conduct water analysis, troubleshoot and repair various components, and perform preventive maintenance at customer sites.
  • Technical Consulting and Support: Serve as a technical consultant and point of contact for customers, offering essential services and support, including training sessions on the latest technologies for digitization and chemical feed solutions.
  • Operational Excellence and Resource Management: Ensure the operational efficiency of water treatment systems by calibrating feed pumps, managing inventory, and maintaining feed rate charts and log sheets.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience and Education: Minimum of 2 years in a related role, with a preference for a high-school diploma or degree in chemical studies. Proficiency in water treatment processes is essential.
  • Interpersonal and Analytical Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, analytical proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Technical Proficiency and Mathematical Skills: Capable of interpreting manuals, proactive work approach, and strong mathematical abilities.
