Job Title: Flight Simulator Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Flight Simulator Maintenance Specialist to join our team at SIMCOM International Inc. As a leading provider of Aviation Training Solutions, we deliver training that allows our customers to become safer and more proficient pilots.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Full Flight Simulators (FFS) and Flight Training Devices (FTDs) in accordance with Regulatory Authority requirements and company standards. This includes performing standard support activities such as pre-flights and post-flights, installs, replaces, cleans, repairs, and services various equipment including visual generation/display systems, computers, computer networks, motion systems, electronic circuit boards, and circuits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Associate degree in electronics or completion of an electronics technical program preferred;
* 3 years' education and experience in civilian/military electronics/avionics, or related technical experience;
* Ability to read and interpret electronic/electrical drawings, schematics, and logic diagrams;
* Troubleshooting skills to component level;
* Customer configuration changes to Simulators and FTDs, evaluating and confirming proper post change operation;
* Hardware, software, and avionics database change-outs;
* Electronic circuits, computers, computer networks, visual generation/display systems, hydraulic systems, input/output systems, pneumatics, mechanical, and flight instrumentation repair;
* Sound judgment and independence in determining solutions to maintenance and repair problems;
* Monitor Simulator(s) performance and condition to ensure compliance with governmental regulations;

Estimated Salary Range: $47,000 - $80,000 per year.
