About AAR Corp., a global aerospace and defense aftermarket solutions company, we're seeking an experienced pilot to lead our crew training and evaluations. As an Airborne Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for conducting training, administering evaluations, and ensuring crewmember proficiency in addition to maintaining flight records and complying with ATP requirements. You'll also develop individual flight training plans, oversee maintenance of crewmember flight records, and monitor crewmember proficiency in phases of mission planning and flight operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Participate in the selection and training process of new crewmembers into the Program.
* Conduct academic and hands-on performance training and administer evaluations to ensure crewmember proficiency and standardization of training.
* Ensure all DHC-8 RCMs and NRCMs are fully integrated into the ATP, train and evaluate RCMs and NRCMs in their designated aircraft.
* Develop individual flight training plans in support of the organization's mission and ATP.
* Oversee maintenance of crewmember flight records, weight and balance calculations, and risk assessments.
* Monitor crewmember proficiency in phases of mission planning and flight operations to ensure compliance with policies and directives.

The ideal candidate will have a High school diploma or GED, FAA Commercial and Instrument Airmans Certificate Airplane MEL, FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit, Current FAA Class II Medical certificate, and at least 1,500 total fixed-wing flight hours including 500 hours of turbine engine time, and 500 hours pilot in command. The estimated salary for this position is **$90,000 - $120,000 per year**, depending on location and experience.
