Reports To: Parking Supervisor / Director of Events
FLSA Status: Hourly/Non Exempt
Pay Rate: $20.75
SUMMARY:
Under the guidance of the Director of Events and Parking Supervisors, Parking Services Coordinators play a vital role in managing traffic flow in accordance with company standards.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide and direct visitors to suitable and available parking spaces.
- Assist guests in locating alternative parking areas when the primary lot reaches capacity.
- Ensure compliance with local parking regulations and prevent unauthorized parking.
- Oversee access to designated loading dock areas.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma is preferred.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
