About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Associate - Delivery Expert to join our team at Daveco Beer Wine & Spirits. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe transportation of items to clients or businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Loading and transporting items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
  • Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
  • Verifying customer age before handing over products.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
  • Accepting payments for delivered items.
  • Using multiple apps and smartphones for order management and navigation.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing questions, and resolving complaints.
  • Following assigned routes and schedules while adhering to safety procedures and transportation laws.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports related to deliveries.
  • Operating delivery vans safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license is necessary.
  • Clean driving record is essential.
  • Experience may be preferred but not always required.
  • Strong time management and customer service skills are crucial.
  • Ability to walk, drive, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail is vital for this role.
  • Data usage on cell phones may be required.
