We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sherman Residential. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and high standard of our premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to our Resident Service Supervisor and complete a wide variety of residential service requests.
- Prepare apartment homes for rental and maintain accurate records of all preventative maintenance, service requests, and make-ready status.
- Perform repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors, and appliances.
- Participate in training to comply with new or existing laws and maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call emergencies.
Requirements:
- Two years' experience in multifamily property maintenance preferred.
- HVAC certification preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
