Ultrasound Medical Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at a respected acute-care hospital in Texas. This full-time, permanent position offers a unique chance to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and contribute to exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely prepare and position patients for ultrasound examinations, ensuring their comfort throughout the process.
Equipment Operation:
Skillfully operate ultrasound machines to capture high-quality images of internal structures and organs.
Image Assessment:
Review and analyze ultrasound images to aid in diagnosing medical conditions and formulating treatment plans.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with physicians, radiologists, and healthcare professionals to assess imaging results and enhance patient care.
Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of ultrasound equipment, promptly resolving any technical issues.
Requirements:
Completion of an accredited Radiology or Ultrasound program.
Minimum of 1 year of ultrasound experience.
Licensed by the Texas Medical Board (MRT) or ARDMS.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with care and discretion.
