Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Clarity Recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, discovery demands, orders, and motions
  • Filing documents in court and electronically
  • Preparing files for court appearances, depositions, and trials
  • Drafting correspondence and emails
  • Answering phones, copying, filing, and mail handling
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and effectively apply new software as required
Preferred Skills:
  • Residential real estate experience
  • Ability to independently handle a real estate transaction from inception through closing
