As a Staff Nurse Float, you will play a critical role in providing patient care and supportive services to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and provide care to patients and their families
- Direct and supervise nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team
- Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, delegate, and evaluate nursing care of patients in alignment with the professional practice model
- 2-Year College Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with a Major in nursing
- Current Ohio license or interim permit
- Experience in relevant care setting preferred
The Staff Nurse Float will work in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
