Position Responsibilities:


The ideal candidate will concentrate on evaluating and documenting the implications of the Chart of Accounts on essential business operations, supporting various business workflows, and associated technological resources.

Additional responsibilities will include examining financial systems related to budget management and aiding in the redesign of processes affected by standardized business models.

The analyst will collaborate across diverse business units, conducting comprehensive business and systems analysis, coordinating with experts in the field, and creating detailed testing plans.


Essential Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of substantial experience in business and systems analysis, as well as software development projects, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with Microsoft DevOps, familiarity with specific regulatory guidelines, and a background in data migration are highly advantageous.

Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in change and release management, testing methodologies, and knowledge of transportation systems and applications.
