About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plasma Collection Specialist. As a key member of our plasma center operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen new and repeat donors to ensure eligibility for plasma donation
  • Conduct phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma from donors
  • Monitor and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
  • Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate donor compensation and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
