We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Hopebridge in Chandler, AZ. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in creating a supportive and therapeutic environment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement behavior plans to promote skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children with ASD.
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide high-quality therapy and ensure consistent implementation of intervention plans.
- Review and analyze behavior data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress.
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge in Autism intervention.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Paid RBT Certification program for new hires.
- Annual $75 Professional Development Stipend to support ongoing education and training.
- Flat-Rate Pay structure to ensure fair compensation for all hours worked.
