About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist at Soar Autism Center, you will be responsible for implementing naturalistic occupational therapy for children aged 2-6 years in a center-based setting. You will work closely with families to develop individualized therapy plans, setting ambitious goals that empower children to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement naturalistic occupational therapy for children with autism
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with families
  • Monitor progress and update treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including ABA, speech therapy, and psychology
  • Mentor and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to integrate OT goals into their therapy
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy with a focus on pediatrics or a related field
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working with children with autism or related developmental disorders
  • Strong understanding of and commitment to early intervention and integrated care approaches
