Job Title: Maintenance Master Mechanic

**Job Summary:**

Tech Providers is seeking a skilled Maintenance Master Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities' equipment and systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and automation controls.
* Provide leadership and support to subcontract electricians as needed.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective maintenance and repair of facilities equipment.
* Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices to ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (N.E.C.), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and State and local building code standards.

**Requirements:**

* 5 years of experience working on equipment/machinery.
* Journeyman Electrician desired.
* Strong understanding of automation controls, electrical distribution circuits, and fire alarm systems.
* Excellent pneumatic knowledge and diagnostic and repair skills, especially HVAC equipment.
* Mechanical aptitude, basic mathematical skills, and ability to learn to read and understand schematics/drawings.
* Basic computer skills.
* High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
* Associates degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics preferred.
* HVAC license highly desired.
