Job Summary

Genie Healthcare is seeking a skilled Long Term Care LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and gain valuable experience in long term care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a long term care setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience as a LPN in a long term care setting
  • Active BLS certification
  • OR state license or compact
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work rotating shifts
