Job Title: Long Term Care LPN

Genie Healthcare is seeking a skilled Long Term Care LPN to join their team for a travel assignment in Wilsonville, Oregon.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with geriatric patients and be able to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to geriatric patients in a long-term care setting
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:
  • Active LPN license in Oregon
  • 1+ year of experience working in long-term care
  • Active BLS certification
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and nights
