Clinical Nurse II Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Clinical Nurse II to join our team at UNC Health. This per diem position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing high-quality patient care in a 7 Bedtower General Medicine setting.
Responsibilities- Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients with complex problems, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to professional standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, prioritizing tasks and addressing cultural and ethnic issues.
- Participate in education programs to enhance learning and professional growth, utilizing patient education materials and assessing readiness to learn.
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and secure hospital environment, promoting cost-effective care and effective communication with colleagues.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of relevant and current experience required.
