Installation Superintendent Job Description

Job Summary:

The Installation Superintendent is a key field position responsible for performing a wide range of installation duties on technology projects for our clients. This role requires coordination with project management, field superintendents, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret project drawings and specifications to create the basis of the finished systems.
  • Coordinate with project management and field superintendents to ensure timely and accurate installation of technology systems.
  • Mentor and train other technicians to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related experience with a strong understanding of access control, CCTV, and intercom systems.
  • Knowledge of mechanical retrofitting of door frames and gates for electric locking hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Experience with PC admin level changes to connect to IP cameras and the aiming/adjustment of cameras.
  • Clean driving record and ability to operate a vehicle.
  • Active Passport or ability to obtain one.
  • Able to work indoors/outdoors, standing, sitting, and ladder use. Able to lift 40lbs.
