As a skilled nursing care provider at Thompson Health's Continuing Care Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents and overseeing the daily operations of the unit. This is a per diem position, offering flexibility and autonomy in your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for residents in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and assist with daily tasks and care for residents
• Document all changes and factors related to resident condition
• Identify and report any concerns with residents or policy and procedure to the Nurse Manager

Requirements:
• Valid NYS license as a RN
• 1 year of experience in Long Term Care or acute care desired but not required
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently

Position Pay Range:
