The ideal candidate will exhibit a vibrant and engaging personality, serving as a dynamic facilitator of interactive learning experiences tailored for adult learners. A technical background in the automotive field is preferred.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Conduct technical, product knowledge, and skills-based training sessions, including certification, tactical, product launch, and customized programs for dealers.


• Act as a subject matter expert in the design and development of curricula alongside the Sales/After Sales Account Team.


• Collaborate with field team members and Academy team members to evaluate training needs and provide insights on curricula.


• Engage in the planning of regular Technical Training schedules.


• Assist in identifying core competencies for Technicians and Shop Foremen.


• Partner with the Team Leader to ensure quality training delivery, consistently meeting goals and standards.


• Stay informed about industry trends and automotive products by attending auto shows and reviewing trade publications.


• Demonstrate effective time management and a clear understanding of budget responsibilities.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education


• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience


• At least 2 years of retail automotive experience or equivalent.


• A minimum of 3 years of experience in facilitation.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles.


• Understanding of Process Improvement methodologies.


• Strong presentation and listening abilities.


• Skills in diagnosing dealership processes.


• Proficiency in major MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc., and internet usage.


• Highly effective facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.


• Self-driven and well-organized, with a commitment to continuous learning in automotive technology.


• Team-oriented, capable of building and maintaining credibility with dealers, field teams, and the Academy.


• Ability to comprehend the operations of a top-performing dealership to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
