Job Summary:

The Milk Receiver Sanitation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient receipt of milk and other products at our facility. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform temperature and sampling procedures for incoming milk loads according to written guidelines.
• Connect hoses and transfer product to the correct silo, following established procedures for loading shipments of cream.
• Clean and sanitize equipment as required, maintaining housekeeping standards in the receiving area.
• Communicate with the Cheese Supervisor, Cheese Team Lead, and other departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise.
• Operate and assemble milk pumps properly to minimize product loss, adhering to SOP and GMP guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to support a 24/7/365 industry and work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to train on different shifts and adapt to changing circumstances.
