Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our regulatory monitoring and strategic engagement initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring a systematic approach to evaluating and communicating developments in tobacco regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage regulatory processes, tools, and resources, focusing on current and future FDA regulations.
  • Prepare responses to regulatory proposals and collaborate with relevant departments to submit comprehensive feedback. Represent the organization in key discussions regarding complex regulations.
  • Enhance relationships with key regulatory bodies, identifying opportunities for engagement on proposals and submissions. Assist the government affairs team with advocacy efforts directed at legislative committees.
  • Coordinate with consultants and advisors on regulatory interpretations and submissions.
  • Monitor and analyze regulatory trends, creating internal reports and presentations to inform management of regulatory statuses.
  • Manage various projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual with the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in regulatory science, communication, law, public relations, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably within the tobacco, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
