As the Manager of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, you will oversee multiple committees and initiatives that align with Spelman College's advocacy objectives on behalf of its stakeholders, particularly regarding compliance issues related to educational standards and regulations. You will also play a key role in the strategic planning and execution of regulatory programs and initiatives. This role reports to the Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs, who is dedicated to your professional development.

Qualified candidates should possess:

  • A degree in regulatory affairs, public policy, law, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role or a similar capacity within an educational institution or nonprofit
  • Experience collaborating with or a willingness to engage with committees or coalitions
