Radiology Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Supervisor to join our team at Henry Ford Health System. As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities within assigned areas of Radiology/Medical Imaging.

• Supervise and coordinate activities within assigned areas of Radiology/Medical Imaging
• Interview, hire, orient, train, coach, and discipline employees as needed
• Evaluate competency and coordinate in-services
• Assist in the development, revision, and implementation of departmental goals, policies, and procedures
• Oversee maintenance and updating of records, logs, and databases
• Perform quality control/assurance activities and lead process improvement initiatives
• Represent the Department in institutional activities as requested

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
• Current certification in a Radiologic Technologist or Radiologic Science area required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Radiology required
• Must maintain required hours of continued education
• Must maintain Healthcare Provider certification (BCLS)
