We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist Microbiologist to join our team at Doctors Medical Center Modesto. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing technical procedures and quality control in the clinical lab, operating and maintaining instrumentation, and ensuring accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex laboratory tests and procedures to ensure accurate results
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation
  • Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with industry advancements

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field
  • Current certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Technologist (MT)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
