Job Description

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly experienced Capture Manager to lead multiple international captures. This role is responsible for developing and executing capture strategies to win new business and drive growth in the international markets for Integrated Air and Missile Defense and Multi-Domain Command and Control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute capture strategies to win new business and drive growth in international markets.
  • Lead cross-functional capture teams and execute capture activities to achieve awards and sales growth.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and perform customer acquisition analysis and shaping.
  • Develop business relationships and industry partnerships to drive partnerships and teaming.
  • Plan, conduct risk management, and lead project performance addressing cost, schedule, and technical quality for large system development type contracts.
  • Execute proposal development, including managing process, writing proposal responses, and developing pricing to deliver compelling and compliant proposals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 10 years of experience related to Department of Defense (DoD) business, programs, or operational experience.
  • Strong international experience in strategy, capture, and program management.
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition and U.S. foreign military sales processes, inclusive of U.S. export and technology release policy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to ensure collaborative and trusting relationships with the team, peers, customers, and leadership.
  • Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with strong technical expertise.
  • 15 years of experience related to Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
  • Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) domain, program, or operational experience.
  • 10 years of experience with domestic or international business development, capture, and/or program management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the U.S. Government's competitive acquisition process, including federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFAR).
  • Experience working overseas in Europe and/or the Middle East.
  • Applied DoD FMS management experience and direct experience working with Allies in East Asia.
  • Direct experience working technically with IAMD command and control programs.
  • Current/active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Arabic Language Skills.
