Key Responsibilities
  • Opens and closes parking facilities, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Verifies cash tills, operates bank change funds, and balances collections to ensure accuracy.
  • Unlocks doors, elevators, and entrance gates, and places appropriate signage to guide customers.
  • Prepares and posts deposits, and provides relief for cashiers during breaks and lunch.
  • Provides transportation to cashiers and cash funds to the main central garage.
  • Oversees daily events, ensuring that coupons are utilized where applicable and fees are collected for events.
  • Responds to customer questions and resolves issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus 2 years of cash handling experience.
  • Valid Texas Class C Driver License or the ability to acquire one by your hire date.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in working in parking and transportation operations.
  • Monetary experience of auditing, cash control, and cash handling.
  • Experience in MS Office Suite software.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Experience working with parking access control systems such as Flash.
  • Records Management experience.
  • Experience with customer service.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling cash transactions and providing customer service in a professional and courteous manner. The successful candidate will be able to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
