At Apple, we're pushing the boundaries of what's possible with camera technology. As an Optical Systems Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and developing the innovative technology that enables our products to capture stunning photos and videos.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced optical systems for our camera modules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, design, and test camera hardware
  • Work closely with lens suppliers to evaluate prototype designs and MTF testing
  • Drive the development of advanced metrology methods
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Optical Science, Optical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience in lens design, metrology, and integration
  • Proficiency in optical software packages such as ZEMAX, CODE V, or FRED
