Summary: Responsible for overseeing the quality and success of daily operations at Goldfish Swim School, including staffing, pool management, financial operations, customer service, retail and vending services, private event management, and employee engagement activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Assist the General Manager and department heads in completing daily responsibilities.
  • Supervise the staff to ensure high productivity, exceptional performance, and positive employee morale.
  • Collaborate with Deck Supervisors and Golden Teachers on matters related to class scheduling, student progress, customer service, and employee training.
  • Provide sales and marketing training to qualified sales personnel.
  • Guide the retail and vending departments to ensure a balanced product mix and appropriate pricing.
  • Develop expertise in all technology platforms to achieve proficiency in bookings, class scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of pool operations to ensure member satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and maintain high levels of employee engagement.
  • Implement and oversee the Emergency Action Plan and all safety protocols relevant to the facility, training all staff accordingly.
  • Maintain current certifications and stay informed on trends in aquatics and management.
Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, along with two or more years of management experience.
