Job Summary:
This position is for a Product Integration MTS to join a Fab Integration engineering team in Malta, New York, and participate in advanced technology development and manufacturing implementation in GLOBALFOUNDRIES' state-of-the-art 300mm wafer fab (Fab8).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve process integration issues and related problems.
  • Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs.
  • Support new designs with module characterization and design rule development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and yield concerns.
  • Develop and improve test structures to enable fast and rigorous characterization of processes.
  • Drive CIP (Continuous Improvement Plans) to deliver organizational goals.
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
  • Work and collaborate on other projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements:
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant engineering or physical science discipline.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in semiconductor/fab-related roles, with a focus on advanced technology (20nm node or below) and process technology implementation in high-volume foundry manufacturing settings.
  • Minimal travel required.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $158,600.00, with the exact salary determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.
