As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate properties, including retail, office, industrial, and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate properties, ensuring optimal performance and maximizing returns.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve property values, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including leasing, marketing, and finance, to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, investors, and partners.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and other relevant data to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial real estate or property management.
- Proven track record of success in managing large portfolios of commercial properties.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant tools.
