Job Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct nursing services in alignment with the established guidelines and protocols of our healthcare institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee individualized patient care plans.
  • Continuously assess, document, and relay patient health status as necessary.
  • Act as the primary liaison among various healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
  • Execute and follow through on medical and nursing directives.
  • Evaluate and coordinate discharge planning in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Identify educational needs of patients and families, providing tailored instruction based on their age, cultural background, and readiness to learn.
  • Perform duties in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher or Diploma in Nursing required upon hire AND
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing required within 5 years of employment in this position.
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Must hold a valid RN license to practice nursing in the State of Kentucky upon hire AND
  • BLS certification as a Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider required within 45 days of employment.
