About the Role

Odell Medical Search is seeking an experienced **Executive Director of Clinical Operations** to lead our field operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our clinics, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize clinic operations, enhance patient experience, and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to clinic managers, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and effective management of resources.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to patient safety, quality assurance, and compliance programs, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and community partners.
  • Lead marketing and community outreach efforts to grow volume at portfolio locations through key referral relationships.
  • Oversee the design and construction of new clinics and clinic expansions/renovations, and participate in merger and acquisition activities.
  • Perform all other assigned duties and tasks, and supervise directors and/or clinic leaders, and partner closely with clinicians.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in multi-site healthcare operations management, with a focus on oncology services.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, and excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, and knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to delegate tasks as needed.
  • Ability to spend long periods of time sitting at a desk, and knowledge of a second language is an asset.
