Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive Lead Cloud Operations Engineer who possesses a strong passion for utilizing Cloud Technologies to tackle complex challenges within our Revenue Cycle Analytics team. This position involves overseeing the operation and monitoring of both development and production environments, ensuring the stability and efficiency of critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust SaaS application leveraging OCI Services.
- Make architectural decisions that align with Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure (OHAI) onboarding requirements.
- Integrate security measures into all aspects of the solution.
- Develop high-performing, scalable, and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure to support reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle's infrastructure standards.
- Innovate and implement new monitoring and deployment capabilities, enhancing overall system health and performance.
- Automate infrastructure deployment processes.
- Lead projects, managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise.

Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.
- Extensive experience in performance analysis and optimization of reporting and analytics applications.
- Proven track record in building and supporting scalable, secure infrastructure on public cloud platforms such as OCI or AWS.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, including:
- Development and deployment
- Security protocols and SSL certifications
- Automation using tools like Terraform
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Experience with Data Engineering architecture and services, including Data Warehousing and Data Lakes.

Preferred Skills
- Existing Federal Security Clearance.
- Familiarity with Oracle OCI services and Data Visualization tools.
- Background in the healthcare sector is a plus.
