Role Summary and Qualifications

The Outpatient Multi-Modality Imaging Specialist is responsible for performing both invasive and non-invasive imaging procedures across various modalities as required by the department.

This role requires proficiency in sterile techniques, operation of advanced imaging equipment, and collaboration with physicians.

Continuous education and acquired skills will be essential in delivering high-quality imaging studies. The specialist will operate independently while ensuring adherence to departmental standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing duties related to primary and post-primary imaging modalities, including Diagnostic, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound.
  • Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications Required:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
  • Licensure: ARRT registered with post-primary certification in at least one additional modality.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a multi-disciplinary Radiology Department is essential.
