Compensation Executive Job at Cardinal Health

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Executive to join our team at Cardinal Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in defining and developing the strategic vision for global compensation that supports our business strategy and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in related field, including significant sales compensation experience. Prior supervisory experience is required, with 5+ years of people management experience preferred. A Bachelor's and Advanced Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, is also necessary.

In this role, you will lead the design and development of broad-based and sales compensation programs, plans, and policies for multiple business segments and all corporate functions while balancing global consistency and local requirements.

You will be responsible for engaging with senior leaders to understand business goals and challenges that form the compensation strategy and design. Additionally, you will partner with senior HR leadership to ensure alignment of compensation-related priorities and investment decisions.

The salary range for this position is $164,300 - $252,700 per year.
