Mental Health Support Professional

Behavioral Health Network is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs in their journey towards empowerment and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct services to individuals in community settings and/or group homes, promoting their growth, independence, and safety.
- Monitor individuals' overall health and well-being, ensuring their needs are met and addressed.
- Assist with all aspects of medication treatment and administration, ensuring compliance and safety.
- Document and support the services provided to individuals, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Provide crisis intervention to individuals served, as needed, and collaborate with the PACT team to develop and implement effective crisis plans.
