About the Role
The Registered Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating patient flow/throughput and staffing through continuous assessment of volume/acuity needs. They will also assist with the management of patient care/outcomes, allocation of human and fiscal resources, communications, and patient throughput.

This role requires excellent critical thinking skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement effective care plans, evaluate patient progress, and make data-driven decisions to improve patient outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of $83,000 - $103,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and professional development opportunities.
