About the Job: Auria is seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. This position will participate in software design and peer reviews, develop test specifications and infrastructure, execute manual and automated tests, and perform analysis of C2BMC implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess experience testing and evaluating a software-intensive system in various test environments/venues, utilizing Agile development.
  • Requires a robust and self-starting individual capable of diving into problems with assistance from other test engineers and software developers.
  • Experience should include use of DoD test methodologies, functional capability-related test/analysis planning and execution, planning and execution of test data collection, test data analysis and reporting.
  • The analysis experience should involve characterizing systems, software or component performance using quantitative methods, reporting the characterization to subsequent users, and contributing to performance assessment by program system engineers.

Requirements:
  • An active SECRET clearance is required to start.
  • DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA) is required to start or must be obtained within 60 days of the start date.
  • Knowledge and experience with Tests.
  • Experience with an Agile development process.
  • Automated testing for requirement verification and performance assessment requirement and verification analysis.
