Position Summary

As a Construction Supervisor, you will oversee the planning, layout, material management, maintenance, and inspections of concrete finishing in compliance with all relevant plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of foremen and crew members, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
  • Collaborate daily with Rod Busters, Carpenters, and surveyors to ensure project alignment.
  • Conduct material takeoffs and interpret blueprints and specifications for the team.
  • Train team members on job-specific requirements and ensure safety compliance.
  • Analyze construction schedules and estimate work-hour needs for project completion.
  • Adjust work procedures to meet project timelines and recommend improvements for productivity and quality.
  • Document attendance, performance issues, and conduct safety meetings.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in various environments.
  • A commitment to safety and compliance with all project regulations.
