**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance tasks on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety

• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues on cranes and earthmoving equipment

• Collaborate with company personnel and customers to provide exceptional service and support

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and document jobs on work orders

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

• Provide a set of basic tools and maintain and care for shop tools and equipment

• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record

**Requirements:**
