Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of IT systems and departmental strategies.
  • Manage the Acumatica ERP system, addressing user-reported issues.
  • Design and implement effective workflows.
  • Participate in meetings to assess and report on system requirements and challenges.
  • Establish and execute business continuity strategies to minimize operational disruptions during emergencies or data loss incidents.
  • Set standards for efficiency and effectiveness, offering recommendations for IT infrastructure improvements.
  • Evaluate IT infrastructure and system performance to analyze operating costs, productivity metrics, upgrade needs, and other requirements.
  • Ensure the security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
  • Conduct IT security audits or investigations as necessary.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate multisite IT systems through enterprise resource planning (ERP).
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
