Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in post-acute facilities, collaborating with medical staff and residents to develop care plans and track outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and supervise treatments and medications to residents
- Ensure medical equipment is properly set up and monitored
- Inform residents and family members about best care options
- Draw blood, urine, and other fluids for lab work
- Verify accurate documentation of medical histories and interventions
- Supervise nurses and support staff, providing training as needed
- Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Diploma from approved nursing program
- 4+ months of post-acute or in-patient hospital care experience
- Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
- Competitive hourly pay range: $40-$73
