Branch Manager Leader

GPAC is seeking a Branch Manager Leader to drive growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in our consumer banking division. As a key member of our team, you will oversee branch operations, lead and supervise a team of employees, and support the Vice President of Consumer Banking in achieving business objectives.
About the Role- Lead and Supervise: Manage a team of employees, ensure they meet performance goals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Support Operations: Assist with goal setting, budgeting, marketing, and policy development to drive business success.
- Drive Customer Solutions: Open deposit accounts, approve and close loan applications, and promote services like merchant accounts and remote capture.
- Resolve Issues: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Train and Develop: Facilitate employee training and perform annual evaluations to foster growth and development.
- Manage Scheduling: Oversee employee scheduling to maintain efficiency and minimize overtime.
- Build Relationships: Develop connections with realtors and community members to promote the bank and its services.
- Engage in Outreach: Attend realtor meetings, community events, and training seminars to enhance visibility and expertise.
- Education: A high school diploma (minimum).
- Banking Knowledge: Familiarity with banking, personal financial management, and consumer regulatory laws like disclosure and truth in lending.
- Experience: 3–5 years in financial services, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and building customer relationships.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer service experience, and expertise in sales techniques like proactive selling and networking.
- Team Player Attitude: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.
