Health Psychologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Health Psychologist to join our team at NorthShore PC Service. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients who have chronic and acute pain conditions, providing evidence-based therapy and support.

About the Role:

As a Clinical Health Psychologist, you will engage in therapy sessions with patients, conduct pre-surgical psychological evaluations, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. You will also have opportunities to participate in academic talks, teaching, clinical training, and research projects.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Ph.D. or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Health Psychology, with a focus on pain management. You must also be licensed or license-eligible as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois and board-certified or eligible by ABPP.
