Training and Development
Our hospital offers a 12-week AACN-accredited critical care course, providing you with the skills and confidence to take care of the most critical patients in the hospital setting. The course includes a mixture of classroom and bedside instructive teaching, as well as 1:1 preceptorship and access to online educational resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term acute care setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse
- BCLS certification and ACLS required
- 6 months of hospital experience preferred
